Fried rice 101

Got some leftover rice in the fridge? Here's one easy and tasty way of frying your rice.

What you need:
  • Rice
  • Bacon strips
  • Garlic
  • 2-3 Eggs
  • Salt, pepper


Steps:
1. Fry garlic and bacon until they turn brownish. Add salt and pepper.

2. Beat the egg while waiting for the bacon and garlic to cook.
3. Pour the egg into the pan.

4. Mix the rice as soon as the other ingredients are cooked.

5. Add some soy sauce to add color to your fried rice.
6. Continue mixing while cooking it for another 2-3 minutes.

7. Serve while hot and enjoy.
